Philly Flash serves cheese steaks, wings, pizzas, and pastas in a flash. Family owned and operated, this retro diner style eatery comes with a few upgrades, like flat screens TVs, beer on tap, and two outside patio areas for seasonable outside dining. Proprietors Joe and Donna DeCesaris, use only the freshest ingredients and choice meats and poultry in the made fresh to order dishes. There's comic book and racing memorabilia covering the walls, and magazines from past and present relating to the sport of racing for you to read. The reference to racing is from the family's affinity with grassroots drag racing in Maryland. Their families opened the Aquasco Speedway in southern Maryland in 1957. In 1963, the families opened northern Maryland's Cecil County Dragoway. Finally in 1965 they opened Capitol Raceway in central Maryland. Their affinity to all that is speed is what led them to name their restaurant Philly Flash, for the fast service you will receive.
