Brando's Citi Cucina offers a moderately priced Italian menu, in a hip trendy upscale atmosphere, with the flair of a well polished service staff. Diners are able to pick from a well versed menu offering salads, sandwiches, pasta in both half and full size portions, as well as fish and meat entrees using only the finest and freshest ingredients. In addition to quality dining, guests will enjoy pastas and breads made fresh daily in our open pasticceria. This new dimension of Brando's is a collaboration of ideas from the new director of food and beverage along with a new pastry chef who will oversee the production of homemade pastas, breads and desserts, while working side by side with the old school talent of Carmine. We have also introduced a fresh mozzarella sous chef to make homemade mozzarella. This newest concept and collaboration of great talent has evolved from today's demand for only the finest quality ingredients.
