We're entering meringue territory in this class, diving into the thick brush of history and coming out on top with preparation know-how. You'll learn basic meringue skills that will drive everyone ape crazy for the variations on the classic meringue, playing with flavors, ingredients and styles and incorporating meringues in other delightful desserts.
