Brew Like a Pro - Greenport Harbor Project Hoppiness

Greenport Harbor Brewing Company started just over two years ago in Long Island, NY and they are making phenomenal beer. Instead of making another IPA in a saturated market, they decided to play with the theme. Project Hoppiness is GHBC’s way of paying homage to the versatility of the hop without pigeonholing it to an IPA. We plan to make the Citrus IPA from their exploration so far, but in the spirit of creativity and small-batch brewing, if we find another interesting way to hold the hop on high, we may have a surprise in store on brew day.
