For starters, the candlelit interior gives off a chic vibe. There’s also no menu. The waitress approaches, tells you what toppings are available, and that’s it. The one-size-fits-all pies are baked in the brick oven (which is visible from the dining room) and arrive at the table thin and crispy. The pizzas aren’t cheap ($24 plus $3 for each topping), but the BYOB makes it affordable. Come early or be prepared to wait. Cash only.
