NCA New York "Are You Represented In What You See "- Artist Panel

Still, in the land of broadcast TV, Black casts are hard to come by. Today, Blacks are mainstream and the president is Black. Because of this, television executives and producers don't think they need to base sitcoms around African-Americans.

Our theme is "Are You Represented In What You See " we'll discuss what we must do as artist to continue to tell our stories and take control of our images and most importantly our history. This panel will consist of active artist contributing to our community and the African legacy.
