Seidokai School of Wholistic Education (SSOWE)

Seidokai School of Wholistic Education
(SSOWE, 正道會 全人養成 道場)
is a non-profit organization established in 2009
as an integral part of Soza Monastery
to foster and promote the respectful development
of traditional wholistic education
in physical, mental, and spiritual health,
including culinary arts, floral art,
healing arts, yoga, meditation, chado (茶道: the way of tea), martial ways (武道), philosophy and theology, etc.

The goal of SSOWE is
to cultivate a whole personality
grounded in a balanced harmony of spirit, soul, and body, or to create a pure heart in a person.
