Karen Gross Sings Hammerstein at Highland Farm

Philadelphia-area cabaret star (and Bucks County native) Karen Gross presents an enchanted evening of music by Oscar Hammerstein II at Highland Farm, Hammerstein's beautiful, bucolic Bucks County home for 20 years and the place where he composed some of his most famous works including South Pacific, The King and I and The Sound of Music. Now a charming bed and breakfast and listed on the National Register of Historic Places, Highland Farm provides an extraordinary setting for an intimate cabaret performance. Karen will perform a selection of music from Hammerstein's catalogue in the house's cozy and elegant parlor, which boasts a baby grand piano and Hammerstein's original sofa! Following the concert will be a sing-along of Hammerstein favorites.
