The sap is running! Travel to the sugarbush to collect some sap. Ongoing educational walks. We will discuss the historical significance of this sweet bounty as well as the method for processing. Warm by the fire and come inside for tasty waffles with Maple Syrup and other Maple treats. No fee for the walk. Maple treats and waffles available for purchase. All funds support our environmental education programs.
