At Ploi Thai, our menu reflects traditional Thai dishes from the Central and Northern regions of Thailand. We also incorporate local ingredients and spices into our cooking. With more than a decade of serving Thai cuisine in the New York/New Jersey area, we are very excited to open a new restaurant in this location and we hope you find our food and service to your satisfaction. What does "Ploi" mean? "Ploi" is the Thai word for gemstones. It is also a popular girl's name in Thailand.
