Emerson Health Care Center is a 155 bed, skilled Medicare/Medicaid certified nursing facility. Family owned and operated for 35 years, we provide high quality sub-acute rehabilitation and/or long-term care to our residents. Our experienced health care services team offers a comprehensive program that is customized to serve the individual needs of our residents. Our mission is to care for your loved one as we would our own family member.
The newly constructed rehab center staffed by wonderful therapists produces exceptional resident outcomes. Length of stay is decreased as residents quickly reach their previous level of functionality and return back to their prior living arrangement. Restorative care is provided for our long-term residents to ensure they maintain as active a life-style as possible. Physical, speech and occupational therapy is provided up to seven days a week as prescribed by physicians.
Working as a team, our staff builds close relationships with our residents and their families ensuring compassionate care. We respect our resident preferences and tailor nursing care, social services, dietary needs, recreation and other services to their individual needs. A bright, energetic atmosphere will be apparent the moment you enter our building, and the loving care that our residents receive emanates from every staff interaction.
