Dara's Authentic Thai Cuisine is a fine dining restaurant on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island. Located at The Shops at Mauna Lani, DaraÕs Authentic Thai Cuisine offers the most exceptional and truly authentic Thai cuisine, in a setting that is straight from Thailand.

One of the key elements to the success of Dara's is the authentic Thai recipes that have been passed down several generations of Dara's family. All of the ingredients on our menu are locally grown here on the Big Island.

You will not find another Thai restaurant that brings to the table the freshness of our private farm. At our private farm, we grow the majority of spices, three different types of mint, three different chili peppers, lemon grass, Chinese parsley, papayas, limes, garlic, ginger, and other various vegetables and produce items.
