Rosie's menu is.. fresh and crisp. A well-edited list is a sure sign that a restaurant has a clearly defined mission, and here the mission seems to be to serve honest, sometimes creative but mostly down-to-earth American food that will complement -- but not outdo -- the extensive selection of wines available.
