The 90-seat dining room offers private dining as well as outdoor cafe seating for 40.In addition to Chef Brown’s signature Louisiana and southern-inspired selections, Melange @ Haddonfield will offer exciting additions such as a weekend New Orleans Jazz Brunch and a small plate menu. Chef de Cuisine will be Chef Shade Holden has worked under Chef Brown for many years at Mélange Cafe in Cherry Hill.
