As children of Cuban exiles, we were raised to love America and long for Cuba. And although we love hamburgers and apple pie, our family dinners consist of lechón y pasteles de guayaba along with a story from “the homeland.â€* So we’ve opened this restaurant not only for ourselves, but for our parents, grandparents, aunts and uncles who left all that they knew so that we could know a better way of life.Our American Dream is to share the Cuban experience - the food, the music, the passion.
