Harrogate Celebrates American Heart Month with Heart Health Seminar

In honor of American Heart Month, Harrogate, a Continuing Care Retirement Community in Ocean County, NJ, will host a Heart Health seminar with Dr. Kathleen Zazzali of Deborah® Heart and Lung Center.

Dr. Zazzali will provide attendees information on the benefits of a proper diet, preventative measures for heart disease and tips on controlling high blood pressure.
