A quality preservation system serves 40 well-chosen wines by the glass that have a great diversity of variety, price & provenance. Chef Stephen Delaney’s internationally inspired American cuisine shines the spotlight on many countries represented by the peoples of today’s America. It's flavorful creations also reflect the attitude of today’s diners – to be surprised, to be delighted & to experience new flavor combinations from global samplings. Menu frequently changes at Cosimo assuring you of fresh & innovative new creations from Chef Stephen and his culinary team. Of course, you could also build a platter from some of the 20 or so excellent cheeses & charcuterie offered in the bar. Cosimo is also one of the few new restaurants that takes its desserts seriously, too, with a talented pastry chef in Andrea Schwob. She ambitiously presents several themed samples.
