Welcome to Roy Arias Studios & Theaters! We are conveniently located in the heart of the Theater District of New York. We are home to numerous performance and multiple use spaces designed to fit the needs of the emerging artist and the seasoned professional. Here you will find the most unique performance and multiple use venues. Here at Roy Arias Studios & Theaters we acknowledge the difficulties in finding quality space. As we continue to expand, we are constantly creating and developing new spaces to provide the best in customer service. Non-profit rates are also available for daily and weekly rentals. Performances can be held in the Payan Theater (50 seats), Off-Off Broadway Playhouse (50 Flexible seats), Roy Arias Stage IV (74 Seats) and the Off Broadway Theater (99 to 130 seats).

Here at Roy Arias Studios & Theater our staff consists of industry professionals who share a special passion, and a love of the arts. Our theatres have housed many exciting professional productions including Off Off Broadway, Showcases, Backer’s Auditions, Readings, Parties, Plays, and Fashion Shows. We are also home to several prominent acting teachers, dance companies, and corporate meetings. Most of our studios and theatres are located within a few short blocks of Port Authority, Penn Station, and most major subway lines…the accessibility is endless. All of our facilities are also handicap accessible.
