The Fleetwood Neighborhood Association and the City of Mount Vernon will be sponsoring a Community Street Festival to celebrate the Fleetwood Community and the City of Mount Vernon, as well as attract thousands of shoppers to our neighborhood. Last year the festival was a rousing success, and more than 2,000 visitors were exposed to the sights and sounds of Fleetwood at its best!
