Clydz is a lively New Brunswick destination with a subterranean atmosphere, reminiscent of a 1920's speakeasy. The freshly rose-petaled entrance is a prelude to a truly unique dining experience. At Clydz, the fare is anything but ordinary. Inspired by Chef John Durna, the menu is comprised of "exotic" Contemporary American Cuisine, showcasing items such as kangaroo, ostrich, wild boar and python. Traditional favorites such as filet Mignon, chicken, scallops and duck are well worth the visit.
