Supervisory Development Training

Very often supervisors, table leads, etc. are promoted up from floor positions because of their job skills and company loyalty, without regard to the fact that they have no supervisory skills or experience. This lack of experience and training can lead to problems on the floor and unresolved/poorly resolved issues.

This training is recommended for any manager/supervisor/lead who has not had management training in the past, as well as anyone at your firm whom you would like to move up to a supervisory role in the foreseeable future.
