East End Temple ’s festive Culture Shuk—a “Middle Eastern market”—will feature a live performance by world music flutist, composer and arranger Hadar Noiberg, delicious hors d’oeuvre from Maoz, wine from various Israeli vineyards, and Israeli art vendors.
