Gift: Just beyond the lobby of Room Mate Grace Hotel (formerly Hotel QT) is a narrow bar that amounts to a Park City spa in miniature with its blonde-wood walls and ceilings, pillow-dotted velveteen banquettes, and fluorescent amber glow. With a tart blackcurrant margarita in hand, you can then climb a few steps to a boxy room where ample bleachers overlook couples frolicking in an underlit pool while videos play on a projection screen and DJs spin the hottest music. A second bar graces the mezzanine area where you find Eames chairs over the modernist striped carpet and up to one of the semi-circular booths under the purple-tinged skylights offering a nice birds eye view of the action.
