The is Hip Hop History? Conference aims to create a platform for constructive dialogue between the intellectuals, artists, students, admirers, and detractors of the myriad expressive forms that constitute hip hop. Speakers include the legendary deejay/producer Pete Rock, author Dax-Devlon Ross, B-girl Rokafella and legendary videographer/ photographer Henry Chalfant. Plus: B-girl and graffiti film screenings, lectures, hip hop dance presentations and the making of a graffiti mural on premise.
