Full Love Throttle / The Era

Full Love Throttle: After working together since 1991 and performing in over 2000 improv shows together, Greg Tavares and Brandy Sullivan (Co-Artistic Directors at Theatre 99 in Charleston, SC) decided it was time to do a 2-person show. It starts by taking information from one audience volunteer and then dives headfirst into characters and scenes that you won't soon forget.

The Era is a two woman improv show that takes its audience through a whirlwind of grounded and just hovering above ground characters. They begin with an extended scene where they explore their characters' relationships, idiosyncrasies, and peculiar details of life and then take these sentiments and references through the rest of the show where new characters are introduced and familiar ones are revisited. Their energy and wild characters make you forget there's only two people on stage. Both Katz and Ashley are regular performers at Chicago's iO theater and The Playground Theater.
