NYU Symphony Strings

After successful debuts with the NYU Symphony and NYU Philharmonia last fall, Jens Georg Bachmann returns to conduct the Strings of the NYU Symphony at the Church of St. Joseph on March 5. Maestro Bachmann hails from Germany and most notably served as Assistant Conductor of the Boston Symphony Orchestra, as well as Resident Conductor of the NDR Sinfonieorchester Hamburg. Program includes Ligeti Ramifications, Dvorak Serenade for Strings in E Major, and Bartok Divertimento for String Orchestra.
