During evening hours, the Upstairs dining room offers a range of à la carte dishes along with a full bar offering specialty cocktails created by bar chef Albert Trummer and a wine list with selections by the glass or bottle. The menu will change regularly to reflect seasonal offerings and to feature dishes from visiting chefs who come to work and teach in the nearby Bouley Test Kitchen facility.
At Upstairs, food is prepared in an intimate, open kitchen, allowing this space to also serve as a venue where David Bouley hosts cooking demonstrations and information sessions, along with other noted chefs, nutritionists, and food industry specialists. The space features a brick-red, made-to-order Molteni stove and a granite bar.
Upstairs also serves as home to a sushi bar, featuring cold sushi and sashimi along with hot dishes and a range of saké offerings.
Reservations are not taken for Upstairs dining.
