Blu

Located within the Hotel Indigo New York City-Chelsea, Blu Restaurant and Bar is a 70 seat contemporary American with Italian influence. Simple food cooked in our unique style, created with great ingredients executed in a consistent manner. The name blu comes from the color blue which closely resembles indigo, as in indigo blue. Like hotel indigo we believe in changing with the seasons. We will have a 50 bottle wine list consisting of wines from US, Spain, France and Italy. We will be concentrating on smaller production winemakers that create more consistent wines year in and year out.
