Andaz, Hyatt’s newest global brand, debuts Wall & Water at Andaz Wall Street when it opens February 1, 2010. Located in the heart of New York’s prime financial district at 75 Wall Street, Wall & Water will introduce diners to market-to-table fare selected from the Hudson Valley in a simple yet elegant setting. The seasonal menu using locally produced ingredients will emphasize traditional cooking methods, simple presentation and exceptional flavors.
