Strand Bistro at The Strand Hotel

Located in The Strand Hotel in the Fashion District, The Strand American Bistro serves new American cuisine, with contemporary influences. Chef Kelvin Fernandez has created a menu that reflects the influences of his past, with an intuitive nod towards current, and evolving trends. As trends in the fashion industry are forever changing, there will always be those classic styles that remain timeless. Cuisine is very much the same way and Chef Kelvin demonstrate's this with his new menu.
With a bench swing, a fireplace, and an enchanting fish tank (yes that's right a big fish tank!) the interior is quirky yet comfortable.
