The two million acres of plants and shrubs that produce these berries, roots, and seeds require warm weather and plenty of rainfall.Our menu has been selected to present those dishes which truly reflect the culinary heritage of the vast country. Although some modifications were necessary, every effort has been made to preserve the authentic character of Indian cuisine.In the Star of India's tradition of serving healthful food, we use only vegetable oils and butter.We can make all curries extra mild, mild, medium, hot, or burning hot.
