Your hosts Stefano and Claudio both hail from Italy and have brought true Italian cooking to New Yorkers since the start of the American food evolution of the 80?s. Their devotion to using the finest imported and local ingredients in the simplest methods, with reverence to the seasons, is deeply Italian. They employ three Italian chefs to insure the authenticity of their house-made pastas and desserts.
