Each night, we invite ten diners to share in an intimate, 10-course tasting menu crafted with the freshest, locally sourced ingredients available, while an additional twenty seats around the same bar entertain cocktail and wine drinkers looking for their own singularly customized affair. Each evening develops organically to create multiple, intertwined experiences with the same emphasis on guest interaction, service, and artisanal quality.
