ellabess, a seasonal American restaurant headed by acclaimed chef Troy Unruh, is operated by Epicurean Management, the hospitality company whose restaurants include New York City favorites dell?anima, L?Artusi and Anfora. Unruh offers sguests a variety of market fresh dishes, Quail with spaetzle, root vegetables and sage; Roasted Duck Breast with dirty rice; and Braised Beef Short rib with apples, fennel and radicchio. Unruh?s menu is complemented by the all-American wine, cocktail, and beer list developed by Epicurean Management Beverage Director, Joe Campanale and ellabess Beverage Director, Tyler Drinkwater. The 70-seat restaurant and lounge is designed by Grzywinski & Pons, and features banquette seating, a wooden communal table, and pillow-lined alcove. ellabess is open daily, serving breakfast, Sunday brunch, dinner and an all day lounge menu.
