Hecho en Dumbo Chef?s Table Menu Prix Fixe

In keeping with our passion and commitment to celebrating the authentic Mexican kitchen, Hecho en Dumbo is pleased to debut a new feature of our restaurant, the Chef's Table.
Emphasizing fresh seafood and local game prepared in some of the most cherished traditions of Mexico, Hecho en Dumbo is pleased to offer a five-course tasting menu with optional pairing. The $55 Prix Fixe is available by online reservation only for parties no greater than two and is served exclusively at the bar overlooking the restaurant's open kitchen.

Reservations are accepted for the Chef?s Table Prix Fixe only. Seating for the main dining room is available only on a first come, first served basis.
