Our CONCEPT is brand new. We allow the dough to rise for 96 HOURS. This makes our pizza lighter, healthier and very digestible. We use only 100% ITALIAN products as well as traditional Italian recipes, ingredients and techniques. Our "Pizza al taglio alla Romana" is implemented by other typical dishes of Italian cuisine. You can enjoy the simple pizza margherita or calzones, bread, pizza bianca, focaccia, salads, lasagna or eggplant parmigiana. We have a rich dessert menu: tiramisu, panna cotta, crostata, pizza and Nutella. Our philosophy is push the tasting of pizza with a concept of "Slow food" not as fast food.
