Saro is an Eastern European Balkan Bistro that celebrates the eclectic seasonal cuisine of culinary treasures left by two long lost empires ? The Austro?Hungarian empire & the Ottoman empire. The idea behind Saro is sharing that Eastern?European warmth with New-Yorkers, offering a cuisine which is new by recreating the old.
