Tori Shin is Not your ordinary grilled chicken definitely not your usual Japanese restaurant.Bincho-tan(charcoal) yakitori,organic chicken,fine sake and sho-chu.In NewYork, there are a growing number of Yakitori restaurants, but Tori Shin stays true to it"s roots, and true to the art.Tori Shin is the only bonafide yakitoriya(chicken griller)with over 40 different unique chicken skewers offered. And Tori Shin remains the only yakitoriya directly linked to a highly-respected, and successful yakitoriya in Tokyo, Japan.
We are proud and grateful of compliments from our Japanese patrons as being true-to style of the Tokyo food culture scene, but our dream was to share this Tokyo experience with others. Since the beginning,our mission was to promote the most authentic,Tokyo stile yakitori experience,using the highest quality ingredients,hence the name Tori Shin:True chicken.
