FIKA is proud to introduce FIKA Choklad, the first line of hand rolled truffles, pralines and chocolate bars created exclusively by newly appointed Executive Pastry Chef and Chocolatier, Håkan Mårtensson. As a member of the national Swedish Culinary Team, Mårtensson placed gold during the IKA Olympiade Der Köche (Culinary Olympics) in October 2008. Mårtensson hand makes each of his creations with milk and dark chocolate from Callebaut and Valrhona, using only the freshest ingredients such as lingonberries, raspberries, passion fruit, hazelnut, Tahitian Vanilla, espresso, ginger bread spices, and various liqueurs. Selections range in price from $1.50 to $2.00 per piece.
