Work! Festival Of LGBT Newark Is Burning II: Walking For Tens

Last season's sold-out performance of Newark is Burning: From Cakewalk to Catwalk provides the inspiration for this new production. Under the direction of Solomon Caudle, the program returns with a dazzling new line-up of talent from the Ball scene. Newark is Burning II will include the collaborative efforts and exciting choreography of the Federation of Houses and, once again, feature the vibrant, exhilarating performances experienced during a Ball. Audience members are also invited to a post-performance discussion featuring icons of the House community as well as some of the evening's performers. This performance contains adult/mature content and language.
