The restaurant is open to the public as well as to The Majestic’s shore vacationers & corporate clientele. Guests at Bia will discover an updated European bistro menu in a completely renovated, contemporary dining environment. Soothing earthy tones, gleaming wood floors, subdued lighting & flickering candles create a warm & welcoming environment with a distinctly New York vibe. Guests will feel cozy with year-round dining also available on a 24-seat heated & enclosed side porch. Known for his talent melding classic & diverse flavors into creative & flavorful combinations, Executive Chef Joshua Edelstein oversees Bia’s kitchen & develops its seasonal menu.
