Bistro Rollin is a warm, welcoming, lovely wood paneled bistro, with exquisite food, prepared by Executive Chef Manny Lozano, who honed his skills as Sous-Chef at L'Absinthe in NYC, as well as at Aureole, March and other fine Manhattan restaurants. One of the proprietors, Barbara, Arthur or their son, Paul Bratone will greet you when you arrive, and see that your total dining experience is a pleasure. Their goal is exquisite food in a casual, comfortable setting.
Only open since June of 2009, Bistro Rollin has already garnered great reviews from the New York Times and Westchester Magazine.
