This couple's restaurant in Media, Noodi Thai Chef, has won "Best of Mainline" numerous times during its 10 years in business as well as "Best Pad Thai" from the Daily Local in Chester County. After honing his skills working in various Philadelphia restaurants, including Yangming, Chef Nicky decided to open his own restaurants. He has been serving Authentic Thai food to rave reviews in the U.S. for 25 years since coming to this country from Thailand.
