Night Of Great Thirst In Elzeringen, Belgium

Just a "heads up" that the date of "Nacht van de Grote Dorst", the once-every-two-years Lambic Festival, has been pushed back from the usual, early March date until Friday, April 27th. It will still be held in the church square in Elzeringen, Belgium. Zythos Bier Festival has also been moved in both date and location. Zythos has moved from St. Nickalaas to Leuven. The fest site will be much larger, but it is a bit out of town (take a taxi or shuttle bus from the Leuven Station). The new dates are April 28th & 29th. I would recommend staying in Brussels if you plan to attend both festivals. Transportation is easier.
The Alvinne Craft Beer Fest will still be held March 3 & 4th.
In past years you could have hit the Night of Great Thirst on Friday night, Cantillon Open Brew Day on Saturday Morning, The Alvinne Festival on Saturday night and Zythos on Sunday. 4 great events in one weekend. Hopefully everything will align for all these events to be back together again in 2014.
