"YOUTHS Empowered to Shine!" ™
Purpose:
a Free educational event challenging our youths to say Yes to their futures! This event will feature interactive educational workshops and activities to address Bullying, Dating/Sexual Violence, and Financial Literacy in an energetic, positive, respectful, fun, non-judgmental, non-threatening, and refreshing environment of food, Zumba, youth poetry, music, gifts, and more!
AGES 8-17 years Only, with parent/guardian.
Also featured will be a parents-only Pep Talk session discussing solutions for blended families, single-parent challenges, family cohesiveness, and communication. Passionate and skilled coaches, mentors, motivational speakers, and industry leaders are ready and willing to challenge our youths – the future of tomorrow – to build a better legacy of health, safety, responsibility, and prosperity for themselves!
