Modern dance class,with Megan Mazarick

Megan Mazarick believes in dancing BIG! She teaches a lot of "rolling-around-feel-good-core-work" and inversions to combat the "walking-standing-blah-blah-blah" daily grind. Incorporating bits of classic dance technique (Limon, Horton, maybe even some ballet) with improvisation, yoga, and release technique, she is interested in movement that is both raw and specific, with a conscious understanding of pathways of motion.
