La bohème

Friday, Sep 28, 2012 8:00p

Narrating the tale of a timid seamstress and a passionate poet, La bohème is set against the Parisian backdrop of timeless love. Known for its sweeping orchestral and choral instrumentation, La bohème stands its place in the canon of Italian operatic repertoire. Director Davide Livermore spotlights organic bohemian influences from the turn of the 20th century through poignant impressionist masterpieces.
