Community members are invited to stand up against abuse during the Fifth Annual “Walk to End Domestic Violence,” hosted by State Senator LeAnna Washington on Saturday, October 27. Rain or shine; registration begins at 9 a.m., kick off ceremony starts at 10 a.m. and the Walk begins at 10:30 a.m.
The event raises funds for Philadelphia’s only 24-hour Domestic Violence Hotline, (866-SAFE-014) operated by professionals from Philadelphia’s four Domestic Violence programs. Registration's open online.
