The customer service at Paganos is lousy. They are rude and unfriendly to their customers, especially senior citizens. My father-in-law frequently visits this restaurant and each time, he is spoken to in an unfriendly manner. I have advised him not to patronize this restaurant any longer. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
