Art Lover by Jules Tasca is part of the PIFA (Philadelphia International Festival of the Arts) Celebration. Art Lover is the story of the man, Vincenzo Peruggia, who stole the Mona Lisa from the Louvre Museum in Paris in 1911. He kept the portrait hidden in his apartment for two years. During that period, he became romantically involved with a streetwalker, Mathilde, who had a stunning resemblance to the Mona Lisa. She lived with Vincenzo but never knew that her lover had a hidden fantasy life with the famous portrait. How long can the art thief keep the two women apart? What happends when they meet?
